The current beta version (16.11d) has the following new instruments: Cosmosis, Cyber bear, Deep vibes, Frozen sparks, Magic dust, Mecha vox, Neon dolls, Solar flare, Sonic pulse, Sugar rush, and Twisted wave. Many(most?) of these were designed for EDM. Is that what you are looking for?Strings are cool and any real instruments are cool!
